Steve Peel is the brewmaster here who has made Shackleton into one of the favorite inner city brewpubs in Cape Town. His Kolsch is rightly regarded as one of the best examples of the style in South Africa, whilst his cask offerings are always snatched up. His generous and affable nature have made him a much loved returning fan of Fools.
