1000 HILLS

Trevor Maarschalk runs a magnificent Chefs school in the hills of KZN and he has now teamed up his on site microbrewery with Megan and Dion. He is a new addition to Greyton and a very welcome one. We have loved his beers at other festivals we have been to together.
